With attendee-led and produced programming, you can lean into the gifts, talents, and backgrounds of your cohort to co-create something extraordinary. We provide the space, resources, and guidelines — you bring the magic.
Ideate with the world’s most innovative and imaginative humans for an entire month. Fireside chats, impromptu dinner conversations, facilitated ideation sessions, and TED-style talks. The connections, collaborations, and ideas birthed at XH ripple outward to the world.
A balance of wild creativity and focused productivity. From dedicated co-working areas to recording studios, we give our people the space and tools to get their work done and unleash their creations to the world.

Expansive spaces, chef-prepared meals, dedicated coworking areas, access to nature, private bedrooms, scheduled downtime, and bio-hacking rituals — all in awe-inspiring locations.
We only host event in places where we have strong local ties. Roll with us for insider access, out of the norm cultural experiences, and authentic integration with locals. We strive to ensure at least 10% of attendees are locals.
Deep bonds and lifelong friendships take time to build. That’s why we run 30-day and 15-day programs, with optional extensions for people to continue to deepen with one another.
