EXPERIMENTATION
This is your place to push boundaries, experiment with crazy ideas, and go for that thing that makes you nervous inside. No idea, talk, workshop, or project is “too much” or “too out there” — we’ll support you to experiment and dream big.
CO-CREATION
With attendee-led and produced programming, you can lean into the gifts, talents, and backgrounds of your cohort to co-create something extraordinary. We provide the space, resources, and guidelines — you bring the magic.
IDEATION
Ideate with the world’s most innovative and imaginative humans for an entire month. Fireside chats, impromptu dinner conversations, facilitated ideation sessions, and TED-style talks. The connections, collaborations, and ideas birthed at XH ripple outward to the world.
ROOM TO BUILD
A balance of wild creativity and focused productivity. From dedicated co-working areas to recording studios, we give our people the space and tools to get their work done and unleash their creations to the world.
